Bio

I currently am a stay-at-home mom to my son Caleb (b-day: 3/24/06). In addition to my parenting "job," I teach part-time at Prozdor, a Jewish education program for 7th-11th grade students. I studied marketing as an undergrad, but I am much more comfortable as a Jewish educator. I have an MA in Jewish Studies from Hebrew College and am working towards another masters degree, this one in Jewish education. I may choose to become ordained as a cantor as well, but I have not decided on that yet.

Other information... I'm happily married to Aaron (anniv: 8/26/01). We met in college and have moved from Indiana to Wisconsin to Illinois (Chicago) and now to Massachusetts (outside of Boston). He is a wonderful partner.

My journal is a place for me to share adventures in parenting and stories of a type that your own mom may not remember or choose to tell you. It's not meant to scare anyone from being a parent, but I think knowledge is power and that you should not enter the world of parenting with a lack of it (knowledge or power *grin*).
